6 Steps to Building a $10k/m Business in 30 days… here’s how.

So let’s say that we had 30 days to Start a brand new business okay no Experience no audience nothing and we Have to make a sale within 30 days we Have to get the business up and running And then within 90 days we have to be Able to quit our nine to five and I Don’t know your situation maybe already Have a side hustle maybe you’re a Full-time entrepreneur maybe you’re just Looking to start the online business You’re not really sure which one to Start so I’m just gonna do what I know Best after trying e-commerce affiliate Marketing coaching Consulting Freelancing and I’m just gonna pick Something that I actually love and enjoy Because to me that’s very important so I’m gonna go and this is day one right And then we have Day 30 right there so we have one we Have 30 and I’m looking at the Marketplace and I’m asking myself where Do I start like what do I sell and what Makes the most sense right now in my Previous video I talked a lot about Leverage right so we look at the Marketplace we’ll look at people Partnerships media softwares and things That we can leverage to grow our Business so I’m looking at the Marketplace I’m in but I have to start Over so I say man I really love sales Funnels if you can tell and truly the

The only thing the reason why is because I love businesses and psychology if you Think about marketing and sales it’s Just human behavior how people act and What we respond to so I say okay I want To build a business with multiple Screens of streams of income and I want To just I don’t want to just rely on one Thing because if I lose my clients there Then I’m screwed right instead I want to Say how can I serve people just one Group of people become the goal to you The number one like here’s the the Person I would recommend for this thing While also not just relying on one and Also not spraying too thin I want to Remain focused on that goal so I say Well we gotta have a goal so the goal is To get to I think I’ll go with 10K per month Because it seems to be you know a very Common goal because it gives people in Most countries you can live pretty good With 10K per month right in some Countries you know like us you don’t Really get that much for 10K per month But it’s okay to quit a job and to live Online and work from anywhere right in Finland 10K per month is pretty good so Day one what do I do well I start with My offer my Niche the people I want to Serve and trying to understand before Even offering a solution kind of what They’re struggling with right so I’m

Gonna pick Funnels That is the industry and sort of the Niche that we’re going into but within Funnels we have like always talk about This where you have like multiple Streams of multiple streams multiple Groups of people within this like Niche Right so this is the niche Niche and I say okay do I want to work With software companies similar to click Funnels no I want to leverage click Funnels and the narrative that they’re Bringing into this Marketplace do I want To work with coaches maybe I mean There’s a lot of coaches and it’s a Growing trend for sure not just Trend But it’s here to stay it’s new way of Like peer-to-peer like we don’t buy Anymore from like if I want to buy you Know one specific outcome like hey I Want to lose weight but I want Accountability it’s not like I Downloaded app to get that one-on-one Accountability maybe for videos but it’s Media but not for accountability which Is coaching so I would say okay maybe I Would go on Facebook or I would go on Any social media platform or Instagram And see who’s the best in that specific Group for people like me so busy Entrepreneurs and people who want to Spend the least amount of time doing the Thing to get the outcome so I say

Coaches could be an option right so that Could be an option but software is not So let’s take a look at course creators For example so we have course creators Then we have authors I know someone uh In my friends Network shout out to Chris Who’s doing authors working with authors Building book funnels so he becomes the Go-to for that what else do we have we Have events so like we have all these These micro niches within this Niche Right you can call these sub markets Because Market is the whole sub markets Are created within this main market and They all have different challenges so my Goal here is not to take over the entire Industry I just want to work with one Specific group of people so let’s pick This one and say let’s do something else Because I always talk about course Creators how I can help them build Funnels to sell their courses and I want To have a new challenge right because Let’s say I failed I lost everything I’m Starting over so we have events we have Authors course Getters coaches I want to Work with people who do challenges so Let’s do personal Brands right personal Brands I’m going to work with personal Brands so now I would look at a domain Like personal brand funnels and I get it Like personal brands have multiple Offers I get that but I’m gonna come to This industry as a consultant saying

Like if you have a book funnel you can Sell a course on the back end if you Have a course you can sell a one-on-one Coaching program in the back end because There’s people who don’t want more info They want accountability so I’m going to Go after personal Brands in the funnel space so now let’s Take a look at the Timeline we have Four weeks we’re probably already wasted A few days like trying to do some Research and understand what personal Brands need and the reason I say Personal Brands is because well I want a Challenge I’m not going just to that Course creator group I can go into Person but I can talk about why personal Branding matters how to build a personal Brand in 2023 and Beyond how to become The go-to person how to use leverage and Get Authority by association I can do All these things in this industry plus Yes I’m starting over but I do have some Some credibility myself that I can Leverage I’m not saying that you know if You’re starting fresh that you can’t do This I’m just saying what I have to use Here right now so that is the goal 10K Let’s break it down and reverse the Numbers so we can get started the first Offer is I’m gonna do one-on-one funnel Builds so if you’re in a totally Different Niche and you’re starting over Just think in terms of format when

You’re doing delivery so you sell Something you have one-on-one right and Then you have one two many So I’m going to start with one to one And go to one too many later so we have 90 days to quit our job but 30 days to Make money one-on-one so week one I will start reaching out to people and I would offer a free Redesign why redesign Well because if I do a redesign for Someone it means that they already have A funnel right it means that they’re in The game because you know I can’t do Redesign if they don’t have anything Right so their existing business owners Which means they’re making money they Have an offer and they’re happy to pay For my experience my expertise and if I’m starting over or you’re starting out You don’t have experience at least They’re paying for your time to redesign Something if you can just show them a Concept funnel you’ve done something in The past right right so you can even if You’re starting now you can just spend The next three days building a few Funnels uploading them into your Portfolio so I’ll charge uh zero for This and then try to upsell them into 500 bucks for the next one so let’s say Week one We get zero And then week two

Let’s say we get 500 and then I’m going To try to just double this to 1K and Then this is per client as well so as I Get more clients I’m gonna try to double It and that is the focus for the first 30 days just get as many as possible Let’s say we get a few at 500 so we have A 500 here We have another one at 500 and maybe one At one thousand so maybe we just made Two thousand The first month okay not bad not Something life-changing either sometimes May be good sometimes maybe except for Now it starts to build beliefs now we Know what’s possible so then I go okay I’m doing this for 30 days maybe even 60 Days right you just want to hammer and You know continue repeating what’s Already working so we get 2K and we get It up to 4K in the next month and then Within 90 days I’m gonna go from One-on-one services to one to many and I’ll explain how you can do this no Matter what business you have as well So now I’m going to start offering and This actually similar to the timeline we Have 0 to 30 days so 0 to 30. you can Actually take from this entire service You have where you include stuff like Hey I’m gonna build your funnel right I’m gonna uh the sign I’m gonna write The Copy mobile optimization Tech Integrations and emails I’m gonna do

Everything for you right I can start now Detaching certain elements and this is Where you leverage code platforms Markets and everything you can say well This group of people like personal Brands what do they need they all need a Home page right they need a home page a Personal brand funnel a hero funnel that Shows credibility their Community Authority and then sort of like a funnel Hubs leading into other funnels that They have so if they have like this home Page right here for for personal Brands We have Let’s say this section right here shows Their offers And then this is leading into Well that’s the wrong way to to draw These We have three other funnels And those have their own offer so on and So on it could be a book could be an Event could be a course coaching program All these things a webinar free paid Offers everything right so I say okay I’m gonna sell a personal brand funnel Template like a homepage template to These people and then I’m gonna give Away as a freebie so now if we go into a Value ladder we look at what people need We say I’m gonna give something away for Free which is like a checklist so this Is where you have to have in your Funnel what can we sell and we could

Sell them 37 bucks you get the template And that looks great okay I like it but Castle next thing is actually my high Ticket so now I’ve increased my services To 2500 which may not sound like a lot So this is done for you funnels but we Just within 60 to 90 days right now so We’ll say 2500 for funnel if you can’t Afford it then at least what I’ll do is A done with you done with you where I’m Going to give you a template plus I’ll Do a funnel redesign plus 30 day Consulting on it so you can send me Funnels as you build them and I’ll Review them I’ll give you feedback I Would probably put more about funnels Like why they need funnels and you’ll Get the same outcome your funnels live To grow your business but without me Doing it so you can get it way cheaper You can get this for just 1K right so no we have we’re starting to Have a little bit of a value ladder here So let’s say again going back to our Plan we have first week we sell a funnel We sell more of them until uh 30 days Now we’re making you know a few sales Here and there but we haven’t quit our Job yet we go into month Um two and almost three we should uh Shift from one one to one to uh one too Many and we say okay how can we leverage Digital assets and templates and media

Well we can sell things that they need So like with the checklist it’s just a PDF The template is just a link that they Can download and then it’ll one click Install into their account they’re done With you is you can get access to me so It’s my um phone number or my messenger WhatsApp or Voxer and then it’s a loom Video and then it’s Consulting so we’ll Do like a zoom call and done for you We’re gonna still have that and try to Sell to more uh personal Brands and we Can make let’s say we make 5K per month Here selling these we make uh four Thousand Here so four of those two of those per Month And then templates let’s say we we sell Uh 1 000 of these Per month and then checklist we get like 50 leads using Facebook and YouTube is What I recommend so if you use tick tock Stuff like that you can use it as a top Of the funnel and just say hey if you Want to watch this full video go on YouTube YouTube you say if you want to Join the community ask questions join The free group on Facebook right so Hopefully this gives you an idea of how It would start over how I would build This and you can use this in real estate You can use this with coaches you can Say hey if you’re a coach you need this
