Collaborators in ClickFunnels 2.0

ClickFunnels education I hope you’re Having a great day today We’re going to be talking about Collaborators and setting up new Collaborators or removing them from your Account You can access your collaborators tab by Going to the settings tab on the left Hand side of your screen And then selecting collaborators in the Pop-up window that appears You can add a new collaborator by Clicking add new collaborator but before We do that let’s just talk about the Collaborator dashboard On the collaborator dashboard you can Search your collaborators go through Individual collaborator listings Including checking their roles And see when collaborators were added You can also remove collaborators but We’ll talk about that in a moment To start out with click add new Collaborator You can choose collaborators from lists Of existing teammates if you have a Teammate that you haven’t yet added Click the plus sign to add a new Teammate Here you can send an email address and Choose a first name and last name for a

Teammate you’d like to add they’ll be Sent an invitation For now however I’m going to choose my Name As the collaborator that I’m going to Add Obviously I’m logged in with an account That has the permissions to do this I can now choose roles Your roles may vary depending upon the Uh setup of your click funnels account I’ll choose an administrator role for Myself and remove the reader role Now when I’m satisfied with my setup I Can click create collaborator You’ll now see that my new collaborator Profile is set up Set up at the time that I created it With the role that I created it but if I Wanted to remove that collaborator I Could remove it clicking the delete Button on the right hand side of the Screen Remember that different roles will have Different permissions if you’d like to Add a permission you can choose to do so If you are signed in as an administrator This will allow you to choose the roles That you’d like your collaborators to Have For now I’m going to delete this Collaborator profile and I might add it Again later I’ll click delete
