One of the biggest mistakes that you can Make as a freelancer or a designer is Pitching at people and trying to sell Them people know when you're trying to Sell them and people don't like to be Sold to so when you get on a call with a Prospect instead of trying to hit them With your best sales pitch just talk With them ask them great questions try To understand their goals and their Hopes and their pain points and if you Do this and just get them talking They're going to sell themselves and They're going to be more likely to hire You and pay a higher price because they Feel like it's their idea and so don't Feel like you have to be a sales Master Or have all these great closes or tricky Sales techniques just talk to people be Genuine and they will hire you
