You might know that back in 2021 I was Diagnosed with stage four cancer and This was for obvious reasons the worst Time of my life and I went through six Months of chemotherapy and I am very Very fortunate now to be in remission And this entire experience has made me Incredibly grateful for my health in Fact just a few weeks ago I went from my One year post chemo checkup and Everything came back clear and it was Such a relief but if there's one thing That I've taken from this experience it Is gratitude for my health not only my Physical health but my mental emotional And spiritual health because these Things were all tried during Chemotherapy and now I'm so grateful to Be in such a great place because my Health is critical to the way that I Interact with my family the way that I Work the way that I'm able to do the Things that I love and so if you're not Prioritizing your health I would really Encourage you to do so if you're not in A good spot emotionally physically make That your number one priority of the day And I promise you'll find yourself in a Better place and thank you for those of You that have been so supportive through My cancer
