Know if uh if our paths have not crossed Before um i’ve been doing this now for Gosh it’s 20 years coming up on 20 years I’ve got i have really great hair Russell i just cut it all off now I just look younger with it instead of The tray gray hair so i’ve been doing it For quite some time but um you know i Started i started about 20 years ago um Doing affiliate marketing kind of moved Into teaching people how to do affiliate Marketing which which really put me into The knowledge business right selling Knowledge creating courses coaching Programs masterminds all of these things Um And i’ve done it a lot of different ways Right so we we started out on television Uh with uh our friend dean graziosi i i Met dean and we uh we we we hit it off i Filmed the show and and sold uh you know Million copies of my book on television Teaching internet marketing when that You know when that phase kind of ended i Started doing live events and seminars Ran one of the biggest seminar companies In the country teaching internet Marketing and then i kind of brought it All online so i went backwards you know Most people start online and all these Other things um i started outside of it And then i moved my my whole business Online And for the last i don’t know you know

10 years or so You know that’s really been been our Main focus is just online and Specifically with the emphasis on Webinars and i know that’s going to be Talking about fhl it’s it was all about How can we take you know this massive Audience that we typically had in a live Seminar and Recreate that online and then how can we Recreate it in an automated fashion Right so we didn’t have to do it every Day and so that’s been our main focus Has been uh you know selling education Courses programs through uh through Webinars now for the last 10 years but i Read on the internet webinars don’t work Anymore isn’t that true [Laughter] Yeah yeah it’s uh it’s true for those That that don’t know how to do them i Guess correctly i mean most most of the Time i find that people say things don’t Work anymore when they aren’t able to Make it work for themselves and Typically that’s because they don’t have The the right education the right coach The right they’re not in the right Community you know um it’s rare that i See people in in the in the uh in the in The click funnels community yapping About how how webinars don’t work they Seem to be very well trained they’ve Worked well very well for me and for you

Obviously so it’s funny because um I’m excited for you to speak out Webinars because i i do feel like There’s just this thing where people Like oh webinars used to work but now It’s the next thing and like the next Thing works but webinars have never not Worked right and i’ve had people all the Time aspect clickfunnels was you know You’re starting from scratch what would You do and i’m like first thing i do i Write a webinar like that’d be step Number one 100 in fact as you guys know Clickfunnels 2.0 is launching in like 60 Days and guess how i’m launching you Guys i’m gonna do a webinar and then Another webinar and i’m gonna do a Thousand webinars because it’s exactly How we got our company into the Stratospheres by doing a whole bunch of Webinars and as you know when we first Did it we did it live and i did live Webinars i think i did 70 something or Maybe 80 live webinars in a row which Was amazing i learned how to perfect my Pitch and everything and then eventually We wanted to automate it and i’m not a Big proponent of people automating like Day number one but it’s like after you Have a presentation that works and you Kind of test it and it’s like now Automation actually works really good And i know that’s something you’re Talking about at funnel hacking live

Features just to create features just so You can say look what we can do right Like you don’t you you’re not doing any Good for the client right all the Features you guys have added have been To allow people to optimize and create a Better experience for the end user Therefore creating more sales And that’s what we did with with webinar Fuel the whole reason i created this was To create the ability and the Opportunity to optimize so what i’m Going to talk about On the main stage is the different Profit levers that we’re able to pull Like the the you know i look at Optimization as this a lot of people are Looking for like the one thing what’s The one thing i can do to you know take My webinar and make it there’s not one Thing right there’s a lot of things and So it’s like this series of these little Small levers that we can pull and this One gets me a you know two tenths of a Percent this one gets me three tens and That one gets me one tenth and together You know when you pull all of them You’ve got like three or four percent Increase in conversions right or Whatever the case may be and so i’m Going to talk about those different Profit levers what can you do To optimize the entire process from the Second somebody registers for your

To automated There are a few things you want to Change there’s a few Parts of your presentation you want to Really focus on because in an automated Environment right even though webinar Fuel takes it puts it in software it Looks just like zoom all the stuff we Recreate live we still can’t interact Right we still aren’t sitting there Watching the chat and so so what can we Do In our presentation To really make an automated webinar Convert As close as we possibly can to the rate That we convert at with a live Presentation and so i have a Presentation framework that works for Anybody if you’ve never done a webinar In your life right you can literally Build one out with this framework if You’ve already done webinars but maybe You’re struggling with the automated Converting at the same rate you maybe Use this framework for your automated Webinars because it works really well so That’s what i’m going to be going over At this workshop is my framework for how I go from idea To Complete presentation that crushes it on Automated webinars we’ll break it all Down for everybody uh i guess i’m

Excited too because like you and i have Similar but different models too like my Like my webinars are very heavily slide Driven well yours typically aren’t as Heavily slide driven am i right right Yeah Completely different yeah completely Different i might have a few slides and A lot more um interaction but i’ll tell You why because obviously like you said You didn’t really do automated webinars Until you started using webinar fuel you Just didn’t do automated webinars all of Yours were live or they were just Obviously video you know like bsls and When you’re when you’re doing an Automated webinar and you’re not able to Say You know hey alan you know hey quinn hey Vincent these are people that are on This right now when you’re not able to Really call that person’s name you want To keep their attention and so i Constantly am switching between slides And my whiteboard you know my my digital Whiteboard and then to a live you know Something live on the computer and then Back so that i can keep attention so With automated it’s all about trying to Keep somebody’s attention and if you Keep changing the environment and and What they’re seeing They they tend to re-engage at those Moments so i keep it moving pretty

Quickly whereas with live presentations You can go through slides because you’re Able to talk to these people you know And keep their keep them engaged and Keep their attention so yeah just a Little different shift in in how i do it With automated i think it’s good also Because i think some people have tried My my style and they’re like man that’s A lot of work to create the slides and The slide like yeah dean graciously Obviously every time he’s like man he’s Like your slides looks so good he’s like I I don’t have the ability to do that so i Just do my thing i think when people Understand your framework too like you Can do it without spend instant amount Of time like you want to test things out Faster i know one reason why you’ve been Such a successful affiliate using Webinars is like you come with an idea You go through your framework you and You’re live like the next hour like Let’s go and start selling stuff as Opposed to you know maybe my style which Is like i’m gonna spend a week and a Half building out the slides and getting It perfect so it could be a shortcut for A lot of people too to get stuff up and Running and testing um and then from There if you want to go deeper make tons Of slides but you don’t always have to Especially out of the gate right yeah

And sometimes you know look sometimes Like like you’re very animated right so Like you’re extremely animated you keep Attention right so you can keep Somebody’s attention with those slides Going but there’s some of us that are Not quite as animated and so we need Something to draw people in and so That’s what i always try to tell people Is like The the The content of your presentation right And the way that we kind of take Somebody through a presentation whether You know from start to finish like those Little tranches that we go through those Should always really be the same but Regardless of how you’re presenting it But whatever you’re most comfortable With if it slides if it’s no slides and It’s drawing on a whiteboard if it’s Neither of those and it’s a you know Like a whiteboard behind you do you know Like whatever you’re most comfortable And with is probably going to convert Best for you because it allows you to be Your most authentic self and really when You’re authentic and when you’re just do When you’re just vibing doing what you Do best and how you feel most Comfortable people connect with that Right if you’re like a fish out of water And you’re trying to do something you Really don’t want to do and you’re not

Good at or you don’t like Then it’s much harder to connect with People so um so i think that you know Just giving people options having Different options for how we present our Offer and how we do these things is Great because people are going to Navigate or gravitate to different Things and i’m much like dean i can’t Create 197 slides like you can i’m doing Good if i have 30. so If i can make my way through 30 like i Feel like i should get a prize at the End because i think like three he’s like There’s the offer there’s the price he’s Like give me a camera and just point it At me and leave me alone for two hours And i’m good to go and then you’re like Give me 752 slides We will make it flawless yeah So cool well man i’m so excited that You’re finally speaking funny live like I said you’ve spent someone in our Community has been amazing won I don’t even know this point two billion Awards you’ve been our top affiliate for For six or seven years like you brought Some people into our community just Grateful for you and i’m excited because Again for all you guys who are coming to Fun like live you’re gonna hear anything On stage for you know traditional 27 Minute presentation going through all These different levels and stuff to

Inseparable my dad worked with me uh Best friend Everything the only place when my my dad Passed away in 2018 and That year i let i think you did finally Live in february And it was the only time That i left my dad’s side while he was Sick was to come to this event i flew in Went to the event flew right back home And went straight back to the hospital With my dad it was the only time i left The hospital That’s how important it was to me Because and even to my dad he realizes Like look You’re you know your your runway’s long You’ve got a long time left here you you Need to keep yourself educated keep Yourself plugged in and so it was that Important to my dad and to me that i Left and came to this event so for you Know For me it’s it’s it’s a it’s a thing That i never miss and it should be for All of you it’s one of the most Important things that i do for the year And i promise you if you show up if it’s Your very first time you’ll feel like You’ve just been like like you’re a part Of of something so great and people that Want to that want to help you you know All over the place not just the speakers Like all the people there
