All right so i made over 70 000 from This funnel i just made a vid on youtube About the funnel redesign if you want to See before and after but then i also Made over 500 000 for my funnel ages my Main business and that is active income And you see these claims like i’m gonna Teach you how to become wealthy without Working make money while you sleep and There’s a lot of big claims out there so How do you know what is true how do you Know who to follow and then once you Pick an active and passive income Strategy how do you know how to Implement it well in this video i’ve Distilled it down to seven steps and i Want to show you how to do both of them And yes you can choose if you want to do Active income and build a business that You know funds your life and something That you actually love doing that’s way Better than doing something you don’t Love doing even if you make more but Then also if you want to have an Additional stream of income i’ll show You how to do that with a simple funnel Because i’ve done it and this is the Funnel i kind of went over already in The other video on the channel you can Check it out link somewhere around this Video the purpose of this funnel is not To make me rich yes it’s making me 1k Per month but that’s not enough to cover Expenses for my family and so i have
Affiliate marketing for an example which Is another 1000 per month and that again Is not enough to cover expenses for me And my family and so i have a main Business i have two actually my funnel Agency that is bringing in about six Figures something plus and then my Education business that is also bringing In six figures which is here on youtube The first thing that you do if you look At my business is you pick a community a Community that is very passionate about One project or subject or topic so for Me for example i work in the funnel Space people are very curious and They’re serious about their business and So they’re very willing to invest in Themselves if someone needs a Done-for-you funnel i can sell my active Business offer which is a done-for-you Funnel service and then if someone needs A Course to learn something that’s more Passive for me but a lot of upfront work So a lot of times the course business is Is harder to build it’s it’s more more Work up front and yes you get paid but You get paid after you build it and Launch it and then with funnel agency i Build the funnel but i get paid first i Get paid thousands which is enough to Cover my expenses for the family right The funnel agency actually easier to run Both of them give me fulfillment the
Course business actually gives me more Fulfillment because i’m not just working One-on-one with a client but i’m able to Transform someone’s life with them and Help hundreds of people’s lives and Thousands of people’s lives here on Youtube as well with the free content so It’s more fulfilling on an internal Level and step two after you have a Community is you create your low ticket Offer so this could be you build Something that is easy to purchase the Decision the the bearing to entry is Very low and so it’s like 50 bucks 20 Bucks 100 bucks it’s somewhere like Below 100 bucks and so people don’t need To think about it too long like for Example i know someone on instagram my Wife follow her she’s a personal trainer She has products below like 100 bucks And so it’s a very easy decision for Someone to like you want to sign up for Netflix you want to sign up for this and It’s like buy it try it out and so Therefore it’s easy to sell using social Media and so you buy it they are Automatically being sent an email and They can download it from there so again If we look at this funnel right here They just click get the templates they Fill out their information they purchase And they can download it with one click It takes them to a spreadsheet with all The funnel templates and from there they
Can just like see the live link of the Templates and they can download it from There as well so you want to think of Something like now a few notes here a Digital download a template an ebook a Masterclass a mini course a workshop Something that is giving them a quick Win and it’s giving them the first step To their full transformation keep it to That first win quick win it builds trust With them it gives uh that trust factor Because you help them solve something They’ve been struggling with really Quick it’s a low ticket they’re like Okay what else can i buy from this Person to get the full transformation And so i’m not all about having 40 Different courses to keep selling people Stuff just to make money but i am you Know a proponent of giving people a Chance to try something at a low cost And then the next thing is the core Offer where you get everything you need To get the full transformation so for Example my full-time funnel designer it Has like all these modules over 100 Videos and it’s not like you buy one Copywriting course then you gotta buy The design course then you gotta buy the Client course it’s everything in one Because why just give people half the Results that they need to build a Business right but then the funnel Template could then apply to more of
Like every single business owner out There because we all need funnels but Some of them might not want to build a Funnel agency if you know you watching This you might have a course business And education business a coaching Consulting business for you it might be Better to just get the templates right So for you think about your industry What’s that one thing that people could Easily download like that they could pay You 50 bucks 37 bucks 97 bucks they can Download it you don’t do anything castas Passive income when you get traffic to It which brings me to number three is Create a funnel for it that’s pretty Self-explanatory uh something like this That runs 24 7. number four drive Traffic from your social media so again The fitness uh personal trainer she is Mostly active on instagram and i’ve told Her like you should definitely do Youtube because on instagram you do a Live stream it’s gone in 24 hours but on Youtube you have your channel people Search for stuff like it’s ever growing And it’s compounding if you look at Warren buffett he says the compound Effect is the seventh wonder of the World or something like that because Every single video you put out there Keeps growing over time so you just Stack these videos and They compound over time and so your
Views go from 5 000 a month 10 000 a Month 20 to 100 000 views because you Just keep adding more videos and they Never get deleted they just stay on There and keep stacking so that is the Traffic part of it and that’s really it After that i think it’s important number Five to build a community you see you Could either grow a business by yourself Or you could again because you build Your business in a community for me Again funnels for you could be fitness For you you could be consulting whatever It is and so with that comes a lot of Passionate people who want to not only Buy from you but chat they want to share Ideas they want to bounce ideas they Want to network they want to grow Together with you so now for example you Build a facebook group that’s the best Way to build a community in my opinion That’s why i use youtube and facebook Groups and my personal profile so i can Go into other groups i can get people to Come to my group i can share the youtube Video to the group but also i can share Vice versa and so in the facebook group When people start posting asking Questions that’s the way for us to Communicate and grow together right as i Have the education there i have some Content pieces there i have downloads There i have links to everything so now I get sales from facebook and youtube
And both of them bring a unique Perspective to the community in a layer Of value i think you shouldn’t pass on Either of those and finally after you Have all that yes you’re making a few Sales here and there you’re making 500 a Month a thousand maybe 2 thousand a Month that’s nice pocket change but Really you can’t build the dream life That you want with another two thousand Per month right so what i would do Number six is offer a done with you or Done for you offer if you’re a personal Trainer take someone who has a little Bit more money they’re busy but they Want a personal touch they want that Personal program for example uh personal Trainer offer it for a thousand dollars Two thousand dollars it’s a six month Transformation program it’s not this Program to help you improve on one part It’s a transformation program and it’s Worth the if you if you told me i’m Gonna help you lose 20 kgs and i’m gonna Help you eat better sleep better perform Better all these things you have more Energy and you have more time with your Family and all these things and and you Asked me if that was worth 2 000 i’d say Heck yeah like that’s to the like Where’s the invoice so it depends on who You’re selling it to sometimes we have These beliefs that oh nobody’s gonna pay That right which i also had with funnels
Like who’s gonna pay me 500 bucks a Thousand and now i charge five thousand Right i have a client i charge ten Thousand look at it as a pyramid so the Higher you go there’s less people but They have more money so you can charge More so you sell to more people at the Bottom at a lower price and the higher Up you go they get more access to you And they you know they’re happy to pay You more for that for your expertise so Offer done with you let’s say you have a A thousand customers at 30 bucks that’s 30 000 but then you have one percent of Those people pay you a thousand dollars So what did i say three thousand Or thousand people a thousand people one Percent so that’s Ten Ten people pay you another thousand That’s ten thousand more so you know Just that’s one percent so if ten Percent pay you then that’s another six Figures for you in revenue just by Working warm with people one-on-one and So that’s really it then you can add for Example i have you know freebies that i Give out as well like a free funnel Template free tool or free training You have your facebook group where you Can go in and Post content free trainings you can do Live streams and ebooks and everything You can do mini
Giveaways to get people’s emails and now For example i have an email list of six Thousand people so now i can send out Emails to promote my youtube video they Go watch it they can download something They can buy the template they can Whatever it is right and some people Come watch these videos they want to Hire me for the higher end as well so You have free low ticket and higher Ticket and that’s it that’s a very Simple business for you to have both Passive and active income and then you Eliminate everything else and here’s how To look at it because sometimes people Say oh but don’t you want to have like Seven streams of income do you want to Have like 40 different streams of income Not necessarily because i’m only looking For income streams that add value to the Marketplace without distracting from the Main offer that i’m looking to get People into where i know i can help them The most so for example as long as it Gets people results with funnels that Could be copywriting funnel design Conversion rate optimization funnel Builds email automation it could be all These different things but it’s within Funnels then i’m interested but if you Told me hey let’s start an e-commerce Brand and you can build the funnel and I’ll give you a percentage of it and It’s like all these different things in
A different Business model that i’m not currently Doing then it’s a distraction it needs To be eliminated because i’m already Making good money from the business that I have right now so that being said Let’s compare numbers and we have uh 70 000 from templates so far so that’s Passive income right and then 20k from Click funnels in affiliate revenue also Passive income because i stay within one Community which is funnels and then over 500 000 from my funnel agency where it’s Done for you and sometimes done with you As well where i build something and i You know that question i consult them on That and so that’s why i say it’s very Important because this is your Opportunity now it’s very important that You pick one thing and then you Choose actively to become really good at Saying no to other things and also Mastering the thing that you do right Now because sometimes it’s so easy to Start something but hard to finish it When it doesn’t take you two months uh Sorry two weeks to become you can Actually become pretty good in two Months but it doesn’t take you two weeks To become really good at it and Depending on your busy schedule it could Take you two years to become really good At you’re like me you’re 27 years old so In two years you’d be 29. so what is 29
