Three i think we’re live what’s up Everybody I’m here today with one of my friends Who i’m so excited who’s gonna be Speaking funnel hacking live this year His name is tyson durfee tyson how are You doing today i am phenomenal i’m Excited and i can’t wait to do this this Is gonna be so much fun do you know one Of my favorite things about um funnel Hacking live event is that most Marketing events you go to you hear like The same speakers are always like the People that speak everywhere um have you Ever spoken at a marketing event in your Entire life No i’ve spoken in front of a lot of Cowboys and uh motivational stuff but Never like to a marketing event this i’m Totally out of my shell here i’m so Excited so for those who don’t know you In our community in our world uh so First off you’re like a world champion World famous calf roper um Who came and somehow you bumped into our Whole community and you’ve been doing Funnels online and all these kind of Things and it’s been so much fun getting To know you over the last couple years And um as we were putting together Funnel hacking live this year um you Know obviously i was an athlete i like Having we have some cool athletes who Are speaking this year but someone like

You who you are still active you’re Still competing you’re still doing Things but the same time you’re building This online business and having success With it which you know i think for a lot Of athletes or people who Who have one part of their life as they As they as they want to transition they Don’t they don’t do those things Correctly they don’t do them at all and It’s just been fun to watch you so uh Anyway let me step back i would love for You to kind of introduce yourself to our Audience tell them about who you are and How you got into Um how your your world as a cowboy Bumped into your world as a funnel Hacker yeah and so i’ll try to keep it Quick um but I was a cow just a few years ago i was a Cowboy i did not even send emails like Honestly i could post to facebook but That was it i didn’t know how to even Like send emails how to do anything Online i didn’t even know what a funnel Was i didn’t know anything all of a Sudden my instagram feed this russell Brunson guy pops in he’s like you should Get a sales funnel this is so cool and All this stuff and i’m like you look Like you’re 12 years old there’s no way I’m buying anything from you and so i Didn’t i didn’t i was like i was like up Scroll no offense russell i scroll

But then i like to read i like to learn I like to do these things and you know As an athlete you’re always trying to Grow you’re always trying to evolve Right to get a little bit faster the Competition a new technique a new thing And i’m scrolling a week or two later You re must have retargeted me and i’m Scrolling i see expert secrets i’m like Man i want to be an expert and i want to Get my voice out there all the stuff so I start i buy it not even knowing that You were the guy right not even i buy it Amazon chips it no big deal i get to Read and then i look you up i’m like oh My gosh that’s the guy that that was on There a little kid yeah and so i started Engaging with all your content Uh fast forward a few months i’m like I’m gonna take everything i know as a World champion rodeo guy i’m gonna teach People how to rope and i’m gonna put in A course and i’m like How do i do that so i’m like i put a Poll out on instagram like how many of You guys would uh rather pay monthly or One like Whole amount for a clinic me roping and This guy bart miller messaged me back I’m like Who’s this guy cuz i click on his page And he’s like jack man he’s got he’s Like I mean he’s a stout dude i’m like this

Guy’s a stunt like who is this guy and We developed this relationship chip on Instagram and he kind of coaches me Through like what i should do because He’s been on online uh you know Community for a long time been in Clickfunnels for a long time done all That stuff and uh that was it man sky’s Limit uh i went to my first funnel Hacking live and met tony robbins So this is a kind of fun story so tony’s Spoken funny live i think four times now And the first two times he got to give Traditional presentations and the third Time i brought back i’m like instead of Just giving a presentation i want you to Go in the audience and like do Interventions with people grab people And like and like do your tony robbins Magic on them and uh and sure enough Like we’re sitting in the front row Walking trying to rock around he walks Right past you and looks at you in the Eye as you stand up we’re like oh he’s Intervention tyson it was so cool So there’s a little bit of strategy that And one thing i want to tell the Audience is like never under estimate The power of a strategy right athletes Do it all the time business people do it All the time but a lot of people just Talk about it and don’t implement it Right So i’m down there with bart we’re eating

Lunch i’m like hey man i gotta go i Gotta line up the door like 45 minutes Early because i i went to one deal where Tony was there and he wandered i’m like If i can get the corner row in this one Chair and i’m wearing a cowboy hat and Nobody else wears a cowboy hat and i put My hand up in the right moment he’s got A pink shirt on too right yeah and i’m Like he could pick me and so i leave i Line up way before everybody else i’m at The door the door opens i’m like i’m Like a little kid again running for Recess i am i’m not joking i get to that Corner seat and i don’t know if it was The good lord lining everything up or What happened but uh he picked me we did An intervention it was awesome it was Incredible so cool yeah so fun to watch That and um ah so cool so cool um well I’d love for you so we tell people a Little bit more about obviously you have You got multiple businesses you like you Still are active doing rodeo plus you Guys have a belt buckle business another Business and then your online stuff like Um totally they all my stuff like what You guys like what you’re doing uh like What that business looks like i’m Curious for people to kind of know Yeah so um Back up just a touch remember people i Am a cowboy i was dyslexic In every learning disability class there

Was growing up okay i had almost Everybody not everybody but several People told me i would never make it Right i used to hide out in the halls in My class before i went into the learning Disability class because i didn’t want People making fun of me any more than They already did so that was me as a kid And as i grew up i’m like you know what We don’t have a lot of money um and the Only way to overcome this is to apply Myself to work harder than the Competition to get focused And so as i began into the rodeo Lifestyle like i quickly learned that There was a linkage between hard work And effort and reward and i paired those Two together and so i would get up at Four o’clock in the morning and train Before school i’d get home from school i I would train it until midnight so i Would literally all through high school Go for like four hours of sleep that’s It that’s what i did and as i began to Get older as an athlete i’d started Having some success uh and i was to be Honest with you by athletic terms i was Old when i won the world championship at 32 now i’m i’m banking on 39 i’ll be 39 This fall and so um i seen The light at the end of time i’ve been Very good at looking into the future and Say where do i want to be in five years Six years ten years and you know the

Lord graced me with an amazing wife um We started businesses and how we did That was we leveraged my fame in the Industry to promote businesses that sold Products that we made a profit on and if You’ve gone back and you’ve studied any Athletes in the past in the history i Don’t care if it’s magic johnson michael Jordan those guys became financially Independent and wealthy not based on how Well they played basketball because they Played ball good but they use that to Leverage the sale of a product or a good Or a service and so that’s what we did We started a belt buckle company 12 Years ago um now is is rocking and Rolling and doing very very well we Started a baby product company uh six Years ago which that’s doing very well And just a couple years ago i launched Um all my online stuff my mentorship uh Peak performance mindset all that stuff So And then now i’m in that transition Period i’m 39 years old All my competition is like literally Half my age Okay half my age Like i watch these guys i’m like Man they’re fast like they’re going so Fast they’re so athletic and um i’m very Blessed to be honest with you to have Stumbled on the clickfunnels through the Universe through the internet uh and all

This stuff and it’s it’s really set me Up for that transition in life and That’s really what i’m in now i’m still Competing still going full time but i Know that my body will only last so long As a professional rodeo athlete you take Some hits you know and you’re gonna Break bones and it’s gonna hurt and so Um that’s really you know what happened I i seen the incoming and i started Preparing for it you know seven eight Years prior to it happening so cool and That’s when we talk about financial life Because i in you know i know so many People who are athletes who athletics is Over and then they’re like what there’s Nothing there or they’re they have a job Or they have a hobby it’s something and Then they never figure out like that Transition to To build something to to keep growing And like have the next journey you know A lot of times in expert secrets i talk About there’s like two phases a phase of Growth and then contribution right like You’re an athlete growing growing Growing and then it’s like transition to Contribution which is how you like take These gifts you’ve been given through God and like turn them into something Where you can serve other people right And that’s what business is now here’s How i can contribute with all the the Trials and the the blessings all the

Things i learned during this other Journey and i’m excited to have you Speak about that to everybody because i Think everyone’s in some transition Period all the time anyway and look at Society in the country like we’re in Like crazy transition piers and how do You prepare for that how do you get it Ready so that you can have success uh Doing this this game that we love to Play which is gonna be so much fun so Well and honestly you know i don’t care If you’re an athlete you don’t have to Be a world champion athlete you know you Don’t have to be Uh a big famous person or anything like This works for anybody i don’t care if You’re transitioning from being an Engineer to doing your own thing or or Really if you’re a school teacher and You’re trying to teach something like The process works a person just has to Be dedicated long enough and hard enough To watch the fruits happen Because you know it takes time it takes Effort and i will tell you the most Empty person on the planet is the person Who doesn’t live within their passion And the happiest i’ve been since winning You know the world championship the gold Buckle is having that 15 year old kid Come up to me in tears that you helped Me so much You know that that uh young lady come up
